
South African pacer Dale Steyn has pulled out of the IPL 2021. He has cited personal reasons to sit out for the tournament. He said that he wishes to take some time off during this period. He also added that he won’t be participating in this year’s edition for RCB and won’t be playing for any other team as well in this edition.
Steyn put out a tweet informing all the fans about the same. He also said that he is not retiring from the game. There have been some rumours about the pacer retiring from the game. He cleared the rumours as well in the same tweet.
Steyn played for the RCB in the previous edition as he played only 3 games for the team and picked only 1 wicket.
