In a CSA T20 Challenge match, the South African batsman and renowned hitter Dewald Brevis played a magnificent role for the Titans. Titans got the opportunity to bat first where Dewald Brevis opened the innings and went on to score a magnificent ton. Dewald smashed 162 runs off 57 balls. Brevis, popularly known as Baby AB, gained notoriety after dominating the U19 World Cup earlier this year by showcasing his talent. His selection to play for the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League followed that (IPL).
Brevis also made five consecutive sixes in one of the games in the Caribbean Premier League’s 2022 season (CPL). In that game, he finished with a 6-ball 30. In the IPL, he also got Virat Kohli out. The recent innings of 162(57) runs is the third highest T20 score in the history of this shortest-format.
