Team Pakistan issues latest updates on Pakistan’s top gunner Shaheen Shah Afridi.
According to a PCB media statement, fast bowler Shaheen Afridi of Pakistan will finish his rehabilitation in London.
Shaheen was told by the medical staff to take a 4-6 week break after sustaining a right knee ligament damage, and as a result, he was withdrawn from the current Asia Cup. During the first Test match against Sri Lanka in Galle in July, he sustained an injury while fielding.
Shaheen Afridi was witnessed in UAE with other Pakistan players and it seemed like the pacer wanted to witness the India vs Pakistan clash in Dubai, thereafter decided to continue with his recovery process for which he will be travelling to London.
