BCCI on Monday pulled in Mobile Premiere league sports as the kit sponsor of the Indian cricket team for the next three years. The agreement starts from November 2020 and will remain till December 2023. The cricket board of India will earn 65 lakh per game till the time the agreement is set.

“Yes, we have signed a deal with MPL that is effective from November 2020 till December 2023. The kit sponsorship amount is Rs 65 lakh per match while merchandising is Rs 3 crore per year for the three year period. With that royalty will be 10 per cent of net sales per season,” an Apex Council member told.

The deal is worth Rs 120 crore plus revenue. There were rounds around Nike, which is the current sponsor wanted a reduction in the deal due to the ongoing pandemic.
