The cricketer was allegedly attacked outside the Barrel Mansion Club in Vile Parle East in the wee hours of February 16 (Thursday) in Mumbai after he allegedly refused to take selfies with some fans, who were later identified as influencer Sapna Gill and her friends.

The Mumbai opening batsman was allegedly attacked by the influencer and her friends, according to a police report.
