Kolkata Knight Riders opener and one of the most experienced IPL batsmen Ajinkya Rahane completed his 4000 runs in IPL. Chasing Punjab Kings target of 138, Ajinkya Rahane hit two fours in Arshdeep’s first over and completed his 4000 runs in IPL.
Ajinkya Rahane played for Delhi Capitals in the last season but he did not get many opportunities there. Ajinkya Rahane’s last few seasons of IPL have been very mediocre but in the IPL 2022 season, Ajinkya Rahane played a good inning of 44 runs against Chennai Super Kings and showed signs of his return to form.
The last few seasons for Ajinkya Rahane may have been normal but after joining the new franchise, Rahane has once again got a chance as an opener. Ajinkya Rahane would like to make the most of this opportunity and do well in this season of IPL.
