Shivam Dube couldn’t complete his century against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Tuesday at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy. This is his first IPL century for Chennai Super Kings and it is the second century in this IPL season as the first one was scored by English batter Jos Buttler for Rajasthan Royals against Mumbai Indians.
CSK was really in trouble at the start of the game as they lost two early wickets in the game but after that, it was all over raining boundaries on the ground. With more than a 1oo-run partnership between Shivam Dube and Robin Uthappa, CSK totally dominated the innings against RCB. Shivam played some wonderful shots which help CSK post 216 runs on the board for RCB.
Shivam was on 94 and needed a six on the last ball of the innings to complete his first century but he couldn’t reach there. Still Shivam Dube managed to hit 8 sixes in his innings which really help CSK post this huge score against RCB on Tuesday.
