Kolkata Knight Riders beat Mumbai Indians by five wickets in the 14th match of the IPL 2022 season at the MCA Stadium in Pune, with Pat Cummins and Venkatesh Iyer scoring 56 and 50 runs respectively.

The Mumbai Indians had made great progress setting up the game until Pat Cummins came in and blew them out in Pune. At the start of the 15th over, KKR needed 35 runs off 30 balls to win, and Cummins eventually finished the game in the 16th.

KKR lost wickets at frequent intervals, but Iyer and Cummins put up a brilliant partnership to secure a solid win with 25 balls to go.
