Virat Kohli’s 2014 season had sparked doubts about his continuation in the Test cricket for India, especially on the foreign pitches but the star batsman responded to the critics by scoring 4 centuries and a fifty. The likes of Mitchell Johnson, Mitchell Starc, and Josh Hazlewood couldn’t do much against Virat’s fire-breathing batting. However, the things have nosedived swiftly when it has been nearly 28 months and more when Virat’s bat hasn’t swung to score a century. Neither in International cricket nor the present domestic league, IPL, so far.
Virat’s runs in the IPL are a state of bother for the Indian Cricket team and the franchise. Things haven’t remained fine-fettle for the star batsman as his ability to come back is merely noticeable. The fans, however, have remained steady support to Virat, and lately, after Virat continued to dangle even after changing his batting position for RCB, the expert advice on his batting started floating on the social media platforms. Amit Mishra, who is quite outspoken on Twitter and has been flashing headlines for all the controversial reasons, has taken a dig at a media that sought advice for Virat to come out of poor form.
Giving batting advice to Virat Kohli is like showing torch to sun..
Just a matter of few games before he comes back strong as ever. He did it after 2014 England tour and he will do it again. https://t.co/LKx0c5Ake2
