India’s pocket-sized dynamo Ishan Kishan was seen smashing the ball all around the ground ahead of the big game against KKR. In the IPL 2022 mega auction, Ishan Kishan was roped in by Mumbai Indians for 15.25 crores. Kishan has so far proved to be worth for money for Mumbai, as has already scored 135 runs in the first two matches of the league, with a strike rate of 148.35.

With Kishan being in brilliant form, it leaves KKR in a spot of worry to stop the pinch-hitter in the game on Wednesday.
Mumbai Indians have lost both matches in the initial stage of the tournament. Ishan Kishan is the only player who delivered in both the matches. Kishan played an incredible inning of 81 runs off 48 balls in the first match against DC, including 8 fours and two sixes. In the second game of the league against RR, he played a sensible inning of 54 runs off 43 balls, providing a base for the middle order. MI though wasn’t able to win any of these matches, but Ishan’s batting was a huge positive for the side.
