Twitter is trending with a photo of a spectator waving a chart that reads ‘If Hardik hits a 50 I’ll resign from my job’ in the match between Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Hardik Pandya is embracing his time as captain of the Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League 2022. On Monday, April 11, the India all-rounder smashed fifty in 42 balls in GT’s IPL 2022 encounter against SunRisers Hyderabad at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
After tonight’s match against SRH, Hardik Pandya became the fastest Indian batsman to smash 100 sixes in the Indian Premier League, shattering Rishabh Pant’s record. In terms of balls faced, Hardik was the third-fastest batsman to reach the milestone, after only Andre Russell and Chris Gayle.
