Royal Challengers Bangalore have got off to a dream start in their encounter against Delhi Capitals with three quick wickets.
It was Anuj Rawat who provided the first breakthrough for RCB, running out Prithvi Shaw in a sensational fashion in the very first over. And then, in the second over, RCB struck again as Wayne Parnell dismissed Mitchell Marsh for a duck, thanks to a smart catch taken by veteran Virat Kohli.

However, it was Mohammed Siraj who gave RCB another wicket in the third over. Yash Dhull, who had come in to bat was trapped in front of the stumps by Siraj. Dhull had reviewed the decision, hoping for an inside edge, but the replays showed that the ball had missed the bat completely and was crashing into the stumps. The umpire’s decision was upheld, and Delhi Capitals found themselves struggling at 2 for 3.
The Capitals, who were hoping to chase down a target of 175, now have a mountain to climb, with their top order being dismantled in the very first over itself.
