In a major development ahead of Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) clash against the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season, Sri Lankan pacer Matheesha Pathirana has been included in the CSK’s playing XI after Sisanda Magala was ruled out due to injury.
Magala, the South African pacer, had been a regular member of the CSK squad this season and his absence will be a big blow for the team. However, the inclusion of Pathirana in the playing XI will give CSK a new dimension in their bowling attack.
