Chennai Super Kings will start the hunt for their sixth IPl trophy with their first match against Mumbai Indians at the Chepauk Stadium on 23 March. During the mega-auctions the team added some fresh faces to the squad while few key players were retained by the franchise.

Just like IPL 2024, this year also the team will most probably go ahead with the opening pair of captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rachin Ravindra.
