English all-rounder Moeen Ali is now a part of Chennai Super Kings for the upcoming IPL season. The yellow team purchased Ali in Rs 7 crore during first session of IPL Auction 2021.
Ali’s opening bid was 2 cr, while CSK and KXIP showed interest in him. However, CSK won the bidding race and made Ali a part of their yellow army.
Surprisingly, in the last of IND vs ENG in Chennai, Moeen Ali took eight wickets and scored a stunning 43 runs of just 18 balls.
In last season of IPL, Moeen Ali was in the Royal Challengers Banaglore.
