30-years-old has received an IPL contract from MI for 2012 season. In 2014 he was bought by KKR in the 2014 IPL auctions, meanwhile in the year 2015 he broke the headlines in IPL 2015 where he hit a match winning 20 ball 46 with five sixes against MI.
In 2018 IPL auctions he was the most valuable player and was bought by MI again at a price of RS 3.2 crore.
Meanwhile MI fans have welcomed and are excited to watch him play in the upcoming IPL series 2021.
