DC defeated RCB by 59 runs in the 19th match in Dubai. This win see DC reach the top of the pile leaving RCB in the third position.
RCB won the toss and elected to bat first against DC. Openers Prithvi Shaw (42) and Shikhar Dhawan (32) aced the powerplay as they raced to 60-0 at the end of 6 overs. However a quick fightback by RCB saw them lose quick wickets to leave them at 90-3.
Australian Marcus Stoinis (53) and Rishab Pant (37) etched a 50 run partnership to take their team in a commanding position with 196 on the board.
Innings Break!@DelhiCapitals post a formidable total of 196/4 on the board.

In reply, RCB never really looked to take the game away from DC as they lost both their openers cheaply. Skipper Virat Kohli (43) was the lone warrior as none of the other batsman showed the fighting spirit. Kagiso Rabada created havoc with the ball as he scalped 4 wickets to take the purple cap.
With this 4 wicket haul, Kagiso Rabada has now taken atleast a wicket in 19 consecutive games.

This win would boost the already confident DC and would leave RCB with questions to answer.
