Mumbai Indians have become the first team to qualify for the playoffs in IPL 2020. Six teams are still fighting for the other 3 spots. MI opener Quinton de Kock has been in good form and has given good starts to the team.

“Having experienced middle-order helps in any situation. I would not say it changes our mindset upfront. We just look to get off to the best start possible… If you are still out there and batting with them, it is important that we give them the strike because they are bigger strikers,” said de Kock.

The South African believed that he made silly mistakes in the initial matches but has learnt form them and come through. Mumbai Indians will play their next match against Delhi Capitals who have also had a good season so far. MI skipper Rohit Sharma has suffered an injury thus Kieron Pollard is the stand-in captain for the franchise.
