Team India has successfully wrapped up the 4th T20I with a dominating win, resulting in the series win too as the blues lead by 3-1 with only one face-off left to play which shall now become an evening of formalities.
West Indies’ innings was successfully bowled out by the visitors at 132 runs and no partnership was formed which could have saved the hosts from this embarrassing finish.
The India bowlers did individually well as Avesh Khan made a critical comeback by clinching 2 wickets in the start which gave the blues a perfect start to the second innings, followed by Arshdeep Singh’s 3 wickets. Ravi Bishnoi and Axar Patel too bagged in 2 wickets each, giving team India a successful breakthrough in the middle overs.
India initiated a great start as Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav smashed from the start of the innings but ultimately falling prey to the West Indies bowling department.
Rishabh Pant missed out his half-century by just 6 runs whereas Deepak Hooda too walked back unexpectedly.
Fans witnessed a great end by Sanju Samson as he finished off with 30 runs, being not-out. Dinesh Karthik on the other hand played a regrettable short knock of 6 off 9. India finished off the first innings with 191 runs.
