Australia have managed to restrict England for 162/7 at the end of their 20 overs.
Despite the aggressive start by Jos Buttler, Australia kept chipping away with wickets except for the wicket of Dawid Malan. The left-handed batsman was on his game tonight as he single-handedly took England to a respectable total of 162 runs at the end of their batting innings.
Australian bowlers Glenn Maxwell, Kane Richardson and Adam Zampa were among the wickets as the Australians just did not allow England to take control of the game once the wickets started tumbling.
England have a very experienced and skilful bowling attack, however that may not be enough to add to the effort shown by Dawid Malan in order to take the game away from Australia.
