BAN v IND Live: Four quick wickets from India push Bangladesh on back foot

Bangladesh are 71/4 in their second innings and is still trailing by 16 runs.

Indian cricket team and Bangladesh are playing the last Test match of the series at Sher-e-Bangla stadium. The Test match is at the crucial stage now as both the teams bowled well and completed their first innings. Bangladesh has already started its second innings on Day 2 itself.

The start of day 3 wasn’t good enough for the Bangladeshis as they lost four quick wickets in the first session itself which puts them in trouble in the second Test match as well. The host is already trailing by 1-0 in the series and it seems India is close to making it 2-0.

Bangladesh is still trailing by 16 runs and they are now 71/4 in their second innings. They have to give the target to Indian batters. Ravichandran Ashwin was the one who started well on day 3 as he dismissed Shanto. Mominul was caught behind on Siraj’s delivery whereas the pacer Jaydev Unadkat who is playing his first game after 10 years took a wicket in this innings as well.

Jaydev Unadkat dismissed the skipper Shakib Al Hasan and Axar was the last one to take the wicket before the lunch break.
