Australia vs India: India’s win is still vivid and will remain alive in the heart of Indian cricket fans. After India defeated Australia by 2-1 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. India won the fourth and the last Test match by 3 wickets. Cricket Australia (CA) wrote an open letter and thanked the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for completion of wonderful series that brought happiness to millions across both the countries.

The pandemic forced players to follow strict guidelines. CA wrote, ” Despite the many public health and logistical challenges, the BCCI engaged with a spirit of cooperation befitting their status as one of the international sport’s greatest ambassadors”.
The letter also appreciated Jasprit Bumrah and Ajinkya Rahane for their sublime performance on this tour.
CA congratulated India on winning the Test Series and retaining the Border Gavaskar trophy and the letter rightly mentions the win will be remembered and talked about by future generations.
