Ishant Sharma who injured his rib during the IPL is back in training and looks completely fit and fine ahead of the India vs Australia Test series. Ishant Sharma was practicing for the upcoming series on Wednesday as he bowled a long spell in M Chinnaswamy Stadium he is also expected to bowl another spell sometimes later.
ESPNcricinfo was informed by BCCI’S source that Ishant Sharma was absolutely ‘looking good’ as he bowled in front of the chairman of selectors Sunil Joshi and NCA chief Rahul Dravid.
Ishant Sharma who has been included in the team India, won’t be able to join his team squad untill he is proven fit. If before the series start he is announced fit, Ishant Sharma will fly to Australia to join his teammates. Ishant Sharma will mandatorily have to undergo 14 days quarantine period before joining in with team india.
The first test of the India vs Australia series is set to start on December 17 in Adelaide. Hopefully Ishant Sharma is belived to join in the squad as he is one of the senior bowlers from their side.
