Vodafone Idea is likely to move the Supreme Court shortly after the apex court observed that the telecom operator had sought relief only against additional adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues in its previous plea., as reported by CNBC-TV18.
The company is expected to highlight the specific scope of its earlier petition, which challenged only the extra ₹9,450 crore AGR demand raised by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), sources indicated. The telco has argued that the additional demand was beyond the earlier Supreme Court judgment.
