Reliance Jio is grappling with a widespread service outage that has left users across the nation unable to access the key applications such as WhatsApp, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. As per the data from Downdetector, a significant 54 per cent of complaint are related to mobile internet connectivity.
Meanwhile, 38 per cent of the complaints are related to Jio Fiber service, and 7 per cent of users are experiencing difficulties with mobile networks.
