Bharti Airtel Limited announced a senior management change, confirming that Mr. Shivan Bhargava, Director – Customer Experience, has resigned from his position.
In its regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE dated October 22, 2025, the telecom major stated that Bhargava will cease to be a part of the company’s senior management within the next 3–4 months.
The company expressed its appreciation for Bhargava’s contribution during his tenure. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and detailed information was provided as part of Annexure A and Annexure B of the filing.
The announcement was signed by Rohit Krishan Puri, Joint Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Bharti Airtel.
