Spectrum Foods Limited has announced the acquisition of a 4,100 square yard land parcel in Pushkar, Rajasthan through its wholly owned subsidiary Siyana Resorts Private Limited. The land, located in Tehsil Pushkar, District Ajmer, boasts panoramic views of the Aravali range and is well connected to Pushkar city and its iconic ghats.
The company plans to develop a boutique villa enclave on the site as part of its strategy to strengthen its luxury leisure portfolio in Rajasthan. The acquisition was financed entirely through internal accruals and existing cash reserves, with no external debt or equity dilution involved.
This project is separate from Spectrum Foods’ ongoing 185-room five-star resort in Pushkar, which is currently in the final stages of construction and is expected to launch soon.
The move marks Spectrum Foods’ continued expansion in the hospitality segment, leveraging its real estate footprint in Rajasthan’s high-potential tourism zones.
