Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. (KPDL), a leading real estate developer with a stronghold in Pune and a growing presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, has reported a robust operational performance for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), despite minor dips in overall sales volumes and value.
According to the company’s filing, Kolte-Patil achieved annual sales worth ₹2,791 crore in FY25, with new project launches contributing around 42% to total pre-sales. While sales dipped marginally year-on-year by 1%, the developer clocked its highest-ever annual collections at ₹2,432 crore, marking an 18% year-on-year growth — underscoring its strong execution and customer engagement capabilities.
During the year, KPDL launched projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore. The company’s flagship township project, Life Republic in Pune, continued to drive performance with 1.9 million sq. ft. in sales volume in FY25. Average realizations also improved 8% YoY to ₹7,758 per sq. ft., reflecting rising demand and brand strength.
In Q4FY25 specifically, the company reported sales of ₹631 crore on a volume of 0.80 million sq. ft., and collections of ₹704 crore, up 24% sequentially. Average realizations for the quarter stood at ₹7,904 per sq. ft.
Group CEO Mr. Atul Bohra commented, “Our strong collections reflect operational efficiency, robust registrations, and customer trust. Though some planned launches were delayed, the performance of our flagship project and new developments like Wadgaon in Pune (GDV ₹4,000 crore) strengthen our future pipeline.”
Kolte-Patil continues to position itself for growth with a healthy balance sheet and strategic presence across key markets. The developer aims to maintain momentum through consistent delivery, disciplined capital allocation, and expansion across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
