Mumbai, April 8, 2025: Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has reported its best-ever quarterly and annual sales bookings in its history, with Q4FY25 booking value crossing ₹10,000 crore for the first time. The company recorded a booking value of ₹10,163 crore in the March quarter, up 87% quarter-on-quarter and 7% year-on-year. This milestone was achieved through the sale of 3,703 homes, spanning a total area of 7.52 million square feet.

This marks the seventh consecutive quarter where the real estate major has posted bookings of over ₹5,000 crore, reaffirming its market leadership in India’s residential real estate sector.

For the full financial year FY25, Godrej Properties clocked total bookings of ₹29,444 crore, a 31% rise from the previous year. In volume terms, the company sold 15,302 homes across 25.73 million square feet, registering a 29% year-on-year increase in volume. This is also the highest-ever full-year booking value and volume by any Indian real estate developer, according to the company.

The robust Q4 performance was driven by blockbuster launches such as Godrej Riverine in Noida (booking value over ₹2,000 crore), Godrej Astra in Gurugram, and Godrej Madison Avenue in Hyderabad (each exceeding ₹1,000 crore in bookings).

Region-wise, NCR, MMR, and Bengaluru contributed ₹10,500 crore, ₹8,000 crore, and ₹5,000 crore respectively to FY25’s total booking value.

Commenting on the performance, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said: “We are delighted to have crossed ₹10,000 crore in sales bookings for the first time in a single quarter. With an annual sales CAGR of 55% over the past three years, we have reset the scale of our operations and emerged as India’s largest real estate developer by booking value for the second consecutive year.”

The company also revealed that business development activity during FY25 added a future booking potential of ₹26,450 crore, ensuring a strong project pipeline in the coming years. Furthermore, the ₹6,000 crore equity capital raised through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) in December 2024, along with record operating cash flow, positions the company to continue investing aggressively in growth.

Godrej Properties continues to maintain a sharp focus on sustainability, with all its developments being third-party certified green buildings. The company has been consistently ranked #1 globally in sustainability among listed residential developers by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
