The Kothrud project targets GCCs, IT and BFSI firms with flexible floor plates

Pune, March 18, 2026 — Avante Spaces Ltd., (A Kirloskar Group co.), has announced a large-scale Grade A commercial development in Pune’s Central Business District with a total leasable area of 1.7 million sq. ft.

The project, Avante Business Park – Kothrud, is expected to generate an annuity income of approximately ₹200 crore and is scheduled for completion by mid-2027.

Designed as a commercial campus, the development will comprise three basements, ground floor, and 20 upper floors (3B+G+20), with large floor plates ranging between 85,000 sq. ft. and 95,000 sq. ft.

The building offers flexible configurations, with floor divisions ranging from 13,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., catering to global capability centres (GCCs), IT firms, BFSI players and large corporates.

The project will include nearly 100,000 sq. ft. of F&B-led retail, along with workplace amenities such as training rooms, meeting spaces, a gymnasium, crèche and clinic.
