The statement said, “Blackpink’s Rosé, ahead of departure on February 28, tested positive for the Corona 19 PCR test, so some of her scheduled overseas schedules were cancelled.”

The other three members of the group are Covid-19 negative, and none of them is exhibiting any symptoms, according to the statement. The statement further said, “Three other members (Jisoo, Jenny, and Lisa) have tested negative, and all of them, including Rosé, who has been confirmed, is currently showing no special symptoms.”

They also stressed the fact that they are prioritising their artist’s health over work and they will let us know when Rose will be fully recovered. They said, “All 4 members of BLACKPINK have been vaccinated against COVID-19, and we will spare no effort in providing support by prioritizing the health of our artists and surrounding staff. We would be grateful if you could support Rosé’s fast recovery and the Blackpink members who are active on the world stage. We will let you know if there are any changes in the future.”

This week, Rose was scheduled to fly overseas for her tour.

In November of last year, BLACKPINK’s another member Lisa tested positive for Covid-19.
