Veteran actor Anupam Kher, during early hours on Monday, said that his mother Dulari has been shifted to an isolation ward in Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai and his brother Raju’s family are home quarantined. He uploaded a video on his Instagram handle to share the health update of his family.
In his video, he said, “I thank everyone who wished and sent blessings for the speedy recovery of my mother Dulari, my brother Raju and his family.” Anupam stressed the importance and necessity of social distancing and the need to stay indoors during this pandemic and urged everyone to take these issues very seriously.
The ‘Saaransh’ actor added, “As the relaxations in the country have increased, people have started roaming around carelessly and have started talking to each other at a distance wearing a mask. I don’t think that this is going to work. This virus is serious and if you do not a have a need or a reason to go out of your home then please don’t. This relaxation that it’s been four months and all will be fine now, no it’s not like this. Staying home is essential for your and other’s safety. Kindly never be under the impression that this is now the latest norm just go and speak about it and everything will be fine. It will not be. So please take it seriously and stay indoors.”
He concluded the video by saying, “I again thank you all once again for your love and blessings. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart.”
