With every new day, the Coronavirus tally in India reaches a new milestone. On Friday, Indian states registered 14,516 fresh Coronavirus cases – the highest so far.
The total number of people infected with the Coronavirus infection stands at 3,95,048. The total number of fatalities recorded by the states to date is 12,948.
Out of the total number of cases, over 50% of them have recovered. India’s recovery rate stands at 54%. Currently, the total number of active cases in India is 1,68,269.
-Maharashtra registered 3,827 fresh cases in the last 24 hours.
-The state’s tally now stands at 1,24,331.
-Of these, 62,773 patients have been cured.
-The state has registered 5,893 deaths – the highest among all the Indian states.
-In the last 24 hours, Delhi witnessed over 3,000 fresh cases taking the state’s tally to 53,116.
-Of the total cases, 23,569 patients have been cured or discharged.
-Till date, Delhi has recorded 2,035 deaths.
-Tamil Nadu registered 2,115 new cases on Friday.
-The tally now stands at 54,449.
