Solex Energy Limited on Monday said it has received a work order worth ₹289.84 crore, inclusive of all applicable taxes, for the supply of advanced solar photovoltaic modules, according to a revised regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange.

In an intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the company clarified that the revised disclosure updates its earlier announcement made on January 12, 2026, where the contract value had been mentioned exclusive of taxes. The latest filing reflects the total contract value, including taxes.

The work order has been awarded by a renowned Independent Power Producer (IPP) for the supply of N-Type TOPCon 615 Wp and 620 Wp Glass-to-Glass (G12R) Solar PV Modules. Solex Energy did not disclose the name of the IPP in the filing.

The company said the revised intimation has been issued purely for clarification purposes to ensure accurate disclosure of the overall value of the contract. The scope of work and commercial terms remain unchanged from the earlier announcement, apart from the inclusion of taxes in the reported order value.

Solex Energy is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of solar photovoltaic modules and solutions, catering to India’s growing renewable energy sector. The receipt of the order underscores continued demand for high-efficiency solar modules, particularly N-Type TOPCon technology, which is increasingly being adopted by utility-scale power producers.

The stock trades on the National Stock Exchange of India under the symbol SOLEX.
