The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the CA Final September 2025 exam results today, November 3, 2025. As per the official notice, the CA Final results will be released around 2 pm, alongside the CA Intermediate results.
Candidates who appeared for the CA Final September session will be able to check their scores online using their roll number and registration number on the ICAI result portals.

CA Final Passing criteria
To clear the CA Final exam, candidates must secure:
- Minimum 40% marks in each paper, AND
- 50% aggregate in each group
- Candidates scoring 70% and above will be awarded ‘Pass with Distinction’
What happens after CA Final results?
- ICAI will open the window for answer sheet verification & revaluation
- Successful candidates will qualify as Chartered Accountants
- Those completing all other formalities (Articleship, IT training etc.) may register for ICAI membership
- Participation in the ICAI Campus Placement Drive will begin soon for eligible candidates
