NSA Ajit Doval is target, says captured JeM terrorist

A high-security perimeter has been established around the office and residence of National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval after a captured Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist revealed that he was assigned to spy at Sardar Patel Bhawan, and other high-value targets in the Capital and provide intel to th Pakistan-based terrorism handler.

The news of this possible threat to the NSA has been diverted forward to security agencies and the Union home ministry.

According to some officials in Delhi and Srinagar said in the interrogation of the Jaish terrorist named Hidayat-Ullah Malik revealed information about a detailed video recording of Doval’s office.

Malik was apprehended at Anantnag, and is the Cheif of Lashkar-e-Mustafa, Jaish’s front group. FIR number 15/2021 under Section 18 and 20 UAPA, has been registered against Malik at the Gangyal police station in Jammu.

Some names, code names, and phone numbers of his contacts in Pakistan and of his handler, were also obtained from the interrogation. Two of these contacts were then later apprehended in Shopian and Sopore and were killed in action.

It is popularly known that National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has a history with the Jaish Terrorist outfit;s Chief Mashood Azhar as Doval had in 1994, as the Joint Director of Intelligence Bureau interrogated Azhar after his arrest in India, and was also the one to escort him to Kandahar airport after the IC-814 hijack in 1999.
