Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that India and China have made a useful decision with respect to de-escalation at the line of actual control.
The statement was made when Sergei Lavrov was speaking alongside China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi after China and India committed to de-escalation along the Himalayan border.
