IndusInd Bank has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Enterprise Incubation Centre at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML-EIC) to bolster the Indian startup ecosystem through tailored financial and innovation-led support.

This collaboration marks a significant move toward fostering a dynamic “banking and beyond banking” ecosystem that nurtures innovation, scalability, and sustainable growth for startups across various sectors and stages.

Under the MoU, IndusInd Bank will offer startups access to a comprehensive suite of customized banking solutions. These include cash management services, working capital support, and credit facilities, enabling startups to streamline their financial operations efficiently.

Additionally, startups will benefit from exclusive access to the Bank’s extensive network and strategic ecosystem partnerships, helping them enhance visibility, attract potential investors, and focus on building scalable businesses.

To further support entrepreneurial growth, IndusInd Bank will host dedicated workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions covering essential financial topics. These sessions will address the basics of banking, equity infusion strategies, ESOP management, and segment-specific funding requirements.

As part of the value-added offerings, the Bank will also provide operational support services such as payroll processing and attendance management to startups.

Moreover, IndusInd Bank will co-sponsor startup-centric seminars and conclaves organized by IIML-EIC. The incubation centre will serve as a vital link by connecting startups to the Bank and facilitating access to its full suite of services.
