SpiceJet has re-inducted a Boeing 737 NG aircraft, registered as VT-SGV, into its operational fleet as part of its ongoing recovery and fleet optimization plan. The aircraft has been returned to service as of today.
This move is aligned with the airline’s structured approach to restoring grounded aircraft to operational status under its recovery strategy. The re-induction of VT-SGV supports SpiceJet’s aim to improve fleet availability and maintain schedule reliability.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “SpiceJet is pleased to announce the successful ungrounding and re-induction of one additional Boeing 737 NG aircraft (Registration Number: VT-SGV) into our operational fleet, effective today. This development represents continued progress in our efforts to enhance our operational capabilities and strengthen our network.”
With this development, SpiceJet continues to strengthen its domestic and international network by enhancing fleet availability and reliability.
