IndiGo flight 6E 2134 from Delhi to Dehradun suffered an engine failure and was forced to return back to Delhi Airport. The flight took from Terminal 2 in Delhi for Dehradun at 2:20 PM and experienced engine failure mid-air.
The flight managed to land safely and according to reports, no passengers were injured. The flight which took off from Delhi Airport for Dehradun had to make a priority landing.
The airline stated, “IndiGo flight 6E 2134 from Delhi to Dehradun returned to its origin due to a technical issue. The pilot informed the ATC as per procedure and requested a priority landing. The aircraft landed safely in Delhi and will be back in operations after necessary maintenance. We regret the inconvenience caused to the passengers.”
