Ultraviolette has established its first ‘UV Space Station’ experience centre outside India, in Nepal. The company will be offering its electric motorcycle, the F77 Mach 2, in Narayanchaur, Kathmandu. Prices for the motorbike in Nepal will start at NPR 8,44,280 and go up to NPR 9,69,455 for the more powerful F77 Mach 2 Recon.
Regarding features, the F77 Mach 2 only has three regenerative braking levels, whereas the F77 Recon has ten. Additionally, it has three modes for traction control: T1 (sport/track), T2 (city/street) and T3 (rain/ice), with T3 offering the highest level of intervention. Other features are hill hold, tyre pressure monitoring, dynamic stability control, charging limits and on-board navigation.
The F77 Mach 2 comes equipped with a 7.1 kWh battery that drives a 27 kW motor with a maximum torque of 90 Nm. On the other hand, the more powerful Mach 2 Recon comes with a larger 10.3 kWh unit battery pack that powers a 30 kW electric motor with a higher peak torque of 100 Nm. The maximum speed of both bikes is 155 kmph. The Mach 2 Recon’s estimated range is 323 km, whereas the Mach 2’s estimated range is 211 km.
