TVS Motor Company has officially rolled out its OBD-2B compliant range, starting with the TVS Jupiter 110. The company announced that the new variant is available across dealerships in India, with the base model priced at ₹76,691 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The transition to OBD-2B compliance is part of TVS Motor’s commitment to sustainability and enhanced vehicle intelligence.

The OBD-2B technology improves sensor capabilities, providing real-time monitoring of throttle response, air-fuel ratio, engine temperature, fuel levels, and engine speed. This data is analyzed by the onboard Engine Control Unit (ECU), ensuring optimized performance, increased durability, and lower emissions. TVS has confirmed that its entire two and three-wheeler portfolio will be fully OBD-2B compliant by the end of March 2025.

As a leading player in the global two and three-wheeler market, TVS Motor continues to push for sustainable mobility. With manufacturing units in India and Indonesia, the company has built a reputation for quality and innovation, earning accolades such as the prestigious Deming Prize. TVS also leads in customer service satisfaction, ranking No. 1 in J.D. Power’s surveys for four consecutive years.

This latest technological upgrade aligns with TVS Motor’s vision of delivering high-performance and eco-friendly vehicles across its global markets.
