The company recorded 403,976 units in total sales, compared to 368,424 units in February 2024. This growth is attributed to strong demand across multiple segments, including two-wheelers, electric vehicles, and international business.

Two-Wheeler Sales Show Strong Performance

The two-wheeler segment experienced a 10% growth, with total sales rising from 357,810 units in February 2024 to 391,889 units in February 2025. The domestic two-wheeler market also saw a steady increase of 3%, reaching 276,072 units, up from 267,502 units in the same period last year.

Motorcycles and Scooters Drive Growth

  • Motorcycle Sales: Witnessed a 5% growth, increasing from 184,023 units in February 2024 to 192,960 units in February 2025.
  • Scooter Sales: Showed remarkable growth of 24%, rising from 132,152 units in February 2024 to 164,415 units in February 2025.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales Surge by 34%

With the increasing adoption of electric mobility, TVS Motor Company reported a 34% growth in its EV sales. The company sold 24,017 units in February 2025, up from 17,959 units in February 2024, showcasing its commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.

International Business Achieves 26% Growth

TVS Motor Company’s international business expanded significantly, with total exports growing by 26%. Sales surged from 98,856 units in February 2024 to 124,993 units in February 2025. Two-wheeler exports saw an impressive 28% increase, reaching 115,817 units, up from 90,308 units last year.

Three-Wheeler Sales Increase by 14%

The three-wheeler segment also experienced growth, with sales rising by 14% from 10,614 units in February 2024 to 12,087 units in February 2025. This highlights TVS Motor Company’s strong foothold in the three-wheeler market.
