TVS Motor Company has recently unveiled the Black Edition of the Apache RTR 160 and Apache RTR 160 4V motorbikes. The two motorbikes, which have an all-black colour theme, start at Rs 1.20 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Apache RTR 160 and Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Apache RTR 160 4V.
The fuel tank of each Black Edition motorbike has the TVS Apache logos in black, and the bikes have a glossy black finish. The body panels, exhaust system and mudguards are all black as well. The two bikes are exactly the same as the normal versions in terms of features and mechanics.
The 160cc motor on the TVS Apache RTR 160 2V produces 15.82bhp in Sport mode, but the Rain and Urban modes limit the motor power. In contrast, the Apache RTR 160 4V is powered by a 160cc oil-cooled motor producing 17.35bhp. Both bikes include riding modes that adjust the engine and ABS for various riding conditions.
