The much-anticipated Aprilia Tuono 457 has been listed on Aprilia India’s official website, signaling its imminent launch. Positioned below the Tuono 660, this new naked motorcycle is a derivative of the RS 457, sharing its robust 457 cc liquid-cooled engine. The engine delivers 46.6 hp and 43.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring a bidirectional quick-shifter for smooth transitions.

The Tuono 457 is equipped with dual-channel ABS, riding modes, and traction control, ensuring a safe yet thrilling ride. Its relaxed riding posture sets it apart from the RS 457’s aggressive stance, making it ideal for urban commutes and weekend rides alike. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels, complemented by adjustable USD front forks and a rear monoshock.

In terms of features, the Tuono 457 doesn’t disappoint. It boasts LED lighting and a modern TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, enhancing its appeal for tech-savvy riders.

Expected to be priced slightly below the RS 457’s Rs 4.10 lakh (ex-showroom), the Tuono 457 is set to compete with the BMW G 310 R, Yamaha MT-03, and KTM 390 Duke in India’s competitive mid-capacity motorcycle segment.
