In India, Triumph Motorcycles has lowered the costs of the Street Triple R and RS models. The 2024 Triumph Street Triple R is now ₹48,000 less expensive and starts from ₹9.95 lakh, while the RS is ₹12,000 cheaper and starts from ₹11.95 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom India. The mechanical parts of both versions remain the same and the more recent pricing are immediately effective.

With a price reduction of ₹48,000, the Triumph Street Triple in Pure White and Silver Ice colours is now available for ₹9.95 lakh, while the Matt Orange and Crystal White colours are ₹22,000 cheaper at ₹10.21 lakh. However, the Silver Ice colour of the Triumph Street Triple RS now starts from ₹11.95 lakh, which is ₹12,000 cheaper.

The Triumph Street Triple R and RS are built on the same underpinnings. The motorcycles are powered by a 765 cc inline, three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine available in two states of tune. The engine produces 118.4 bhp and 80 Nm of peak torque on the Street Triple R and 128 bhp and 80 Nm of torque on the RS, which is a more powerful version of the same engine. A 6-speed gearbox with a quick-shifter is standard equipment for both versions.

There are many more differences, particularly between the two motorcycles’ hardware. The Showa Big Piston USD forks and Ohlins monoshock at the back provide the RS with a more advanced suspension system. In comparison, the R receives Showa Separate Function forks and a Showa rear monoshock. Both units are completely adjustable.
