The 2025 Speed Twin 900 boasts several design upgrades, including upside-down forks, a sport-style mudguard, and a new fabricated aluminium swingarm. The rear features piggy-back suspension units and a narrower frame, giving the bike a more streamlined look. The bench seat is taller at 780 mm, slimmed down, and designed for improved cornering comfort.

In terms of technology, the bike features a new TFT instrument cluster, replacing the previous analogue display.
