The first teaser for the new Guerrilla 450 roadster has been teased by Royal Enfield. The teaser image was posted on social media by Royal Enfield’s Managing Director, Siddhartha Lal, announcing the Guerrilla 450’s July 17, 2024, worldwide launch. The second model built on the new Himalayan platform, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, will feature the recently developed Sherpa 450 engine.

A few features on the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 are confirmed by the teaser image. While the model has telescopic forks up front instead of USDs, the LED headlight and LED indicators are carried over from the Himalayan.

The rear suspension is expected to have a preload monoshock setup. The new model also features a round digital instrument and is expected to provide numerous connectivity options, including navigation.

Furthermore, the Guerrilla 450 has a modified riding triangle, alloy wheels with road-biased tyres and a flat handlebar. It is yet to be known how much lighter the new bike will be than the RE Himalayan 450, although it should be much lighter. The same 452 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine will provide the power. On the Himalayan, the engine produces roughly 39 bhp and 40 Nm, the Guerrilla will likely continue to produce the same numbers. However, expect the 6-speed gearbox to have different gear ratios.
