Royal Enfield enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the launch of several new models in the Indian market, including exciting additions to the 650 cc lineup. Royal Enfield’s upcoming releases include popular names like the Classic 650, Bullet 650 Twin, Interceptor 650, and Himalayan 650. Among these, the Royal Enfield Interceptor Bear 650 has become one of the most anticipated bikes of the year, especially since Royal Enfield recently teased the upcoming model’s launch for November 5.
The teaser video hinted at the Bear 650 with a caption saying, “Caution has been chasing us. But we have always been quicker.” The video also showcased a bear symbol, believed to represent the model.
What to expect in Royal Enfield Interceptor Bear 650?
The Interceptor Bear 650 is expected to feature Royal Enfield’s signature 647 cc, parallel-twin engine—an air-oil cooled unit with a 270-degree crank for smoother power delivery. As in Royal Enfield’s other 650 cc bikes, the Interceptor Bear will have a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch to enhance riding comfort.
The exhaust system of the Bear 650 has also seen a significant redesign. Unlike the traditional twin-exhaust system on existing 650 cc models, the Bear 650 will come with a 2-in-1 exhaust.
The LED headlight that is now seen on the majority of Royal Enfield motorcycles would be available. At nighttime, the headlight does not provide the best illumination. At the back, there will be a circular tail lamp with turn indicators. There is a new side panel on the side.
