Revolt Motors achieves 197% YoY growth in November 2024 sales

Revolt Motors, India’s leading electric motorcycle brand, has achieved remarkable growth, reporting a 197% year-on-year (YoY) increase in November 2024 sales. The company sold 1,994 units compared to 671 units in November 2023, alongside a 109% month-on-month (MoM) surge from October 2024’s 952 units. This milestone is even more significant given the electric two-wheeler (E2W) market’s overall decline of 18-20% during the same period, according to data from the Government of India’s Vahan Portal.

The success is fueled by the launch of the affordable and commuter-friendly RV1 and RV1+ electric motorcycles, designed to cater to Indian riders. These models combine cutting-edge technology with affordability, offering a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional fuel-powered bikes. High pre-order volumes and robust consumer interest have further boosted sales.

Revolt Motors has strengthened its national footprint with 154 dealerships, and 14 more are set to launch by December 2024, enhancing accessibility in urban and semi-urban markets.

In a significant step towards global expansion, Revolt Motors entered the international market with its launch in Sri Lanka on November 25, 2024. The debut saw substantial pre-orders, highlighting growing demand for electric mobility in South Asia.

Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises, said, “Our performance this month reflects not just the strength of our products but the growing trust of our customers in the Revolt brand. As we scale new heights, our focus remains steadfast on delivering innovative, reliable, and sustainable mobility solutions. With a clear vision for the future, we are committed to driving the electric mobility revolution in India and beyond.”
